Bay Estates was set up in 2006 by Merfyn D. Bailey and Nicholas Harvey. Nick has been practicing as an Estate Agent in the North Wales area for over 10 years. Nick believes in well trained staff because at the end of the day that's what you pay us for our expert knowledge. Each Bay Estates staff has a constant training programme, right up to degree qualifications.
