Bay Rentals, part of the Bay Estates Group was set up in 2006. Nick has been practicing as an Estate Agent in the North Wales area for over 10 years, Nick believes in well trained staff because at the end of the day that's what you pay us for our expert knowledge. Each Bay Rentals staff has a constant training programme, right up to degree qualifications.
Bay Rentals are members of The National Association of Estate Agents, The Estates Agents Ombudsman Scheme and The Office of Fair Trading's approved code. Check out the code of practice here.
