Bay Estates was set up in 2006. Nick has been practicing as an Estate Agent in the North Wales area for over 10 years, Nick believes in well trained staff because at the end of the day that's what you pay us for our expert knowledge. Each Bay Estates staff has a constant training programme, right up to degree qualifications.
Bay Estates are members of The National Association of Estate Agents, The Estates Agents Ombudsman Scheme and The Office of Fair Trading's approved code. Check out the code of practice here.
As well as laying down a code of conduct, they provide an independent channel for complaints against Estate Agents.

Nick has lived in North Wales most of his life, moving here to go to school at St.Davids College. He has vast experience in Estate Agency having previously worked for large corporate agents and small independents alike. Nick lives in Old Colwyn and is proud to be apart of such a new forward thinking Estate Agency and is happy answer any queries you may have.
